BIILING POLICY:

Our billing is "discreet". Billing statements will only display the company name "HERBAL-SYSTEM 4" and the transaction amount.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We pack all orders "discreetly" with no indication of a male enhancement product being inside.  There is nothing written on the shipment box that identifies the contents.  All of the shipment packaging is plain. All priority mail orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) mail package is plain.  Only our company name appears as the return address. Signature Confirmation may be required for orders over $150.  Orders over $350 may require the purchase be made by Western Union Money Order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

USPS First Class Mail, deliveries generally take between 5-7 business days. All products are shipped from the USA. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday nor the day the product was ordered.

USPS Priority Mail, deliveries generally take between 3-5 business days. All products are shipped from the USA. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday nor the day the product was ordered.

How long will it take to receive my order outside the USA?

USPS First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 business days. All products are shipped from the USA. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday nor the day the product was ordered.

USPS Priority Mail International, deliveries generally take between 6–10 business days. All products are shipped from the USA. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday nor the day the product was ordered.

What are typical shipping cost outside of the United States?

$16.25 US Dollars for USPS small international standard flat rate.  Up to 18 oz which equals 12 units.  (7 to 15 business days for delivery).

$27.90 US Dollars for USPS small priority international flat rate.  Up to 18 oz which equals 12 units.  (6 to 10 business days for delivery).

REFUND POLICY:

We can only offer refunds "before" the products has been shipped.  After the products have been shipped they cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged as they are categorized as foods.
